PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Key Holidays accepts payment in US Dollars by check, money order, major credit or debit card. Payment due at time of reservation.  Please note that payment made by credit or debit card must be made by the traveling passengers.  If you are not traveling with Key Holidays on this reservation, but wish to make a payment on a Key Holidays reservation, please contact our reservations office at (800) 783-0783 for assistance.

Mail –

Payment made by check or money order should include the Reservation number in the memo section of the check. The check should be made out to Key Holidays.    Payments should be mailed to Key Holidays, 1515 Oakland Blvd., Suite 180. Walnut Creek, CA 94596

On Line – (Available for Reno Fun Train & Sierra Scenic Train reservations only)

To pay by credit or debit card, please log onto our website at www.keyholidays.com. Log into your reservation using the username and password you established when you made the reservation online. Payments for reservations made directly by phone with the Call Center may not be made online.

TICKET ACCEPTANCE:

Key Holidays and Amtrak will not be liable for loss, death, delay, injury or illness to any Passenger, or loss, damage or delay to Passenger’s baggage, arising from: act of God; public enemy; government restraint; riots; strikes, lockouts; labor trouble; epidemic; civil disturbances; perils of the rails; fuel shortages; collision; stranding; fire; theft; crime by any person; faults or errors in navigation; explosions; failure or defect in machinery or appurtenances, equipment, furnishings, supplies or any defect of the Carrier’s premises, fault or neglect of officers or members of the Crew, agents, servants, independent contractors; the quality, nature or consequences of medical or surgical treatment; any loss, damage, or delay arising from inherent defect, or vice or quality of the Passenger’s baggage or from the insufficiency, inadequacy or absence of baggage marks or of address or description of such baggage; any loss or damage caused by delay in, or prevention of departing, prolongation of the Tour, deviation or stoppage in transit, or from any calls at points or variations from the scheduled or regular courses of the Tour permitted by this Ticket/Contract; seizure of the Train under the legal process; any act, omission, fault or negligence of this Passenger or any other Passenger; or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of the Carrier, whether or not of the kind listed herein.  All provisions listed will extend to each of the independent contractors (including caterers and concessionaires), as well as the servants and agents of the Carrier, and for this purpose will be deemed to constitute a contract entered into between the Passenger and the Carrier on behalf of all persons who are its servants or agents from time to time, and all such person will to this extent be deemed to per partied to this Ticket/Contract.

Riding this train constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.    As a passenger of this train also constitutes consent to use your likeness and/or voice for any and all promotional purposes, known or unknown, without any claim(s) for payment, compensation, and/or royalties related to the use of this photography, film, and/or other recording by Key Holidays, its affiliates, and representatives.

The right is reserved by Key Holidays, or any other designated authority by Key Holidays, to decline, to accept, or retain any person as a member of any party at any time or to cancel or alter any tour at any time.

Note: Train can lurch or jolt at any time while in motion.  Passenger is responsible for personal safety while boarding and leaving train or motor coach, and while in transit.
